Psalm 22:28 For the kingdom is the Lord’s and he rules over the nations.
Proverbs 22:11 He who loves purity of heart and has grace on his lips, the king will be his friend.
Luke 17:20-21 …The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say “See here! Or See there!” For indeed the kingdom of God is within you.
Jesus came to show us what life lived for God could look like. He came to take care of the sin issue that keeps people from God. He came to give us a new life by making us new creations. He gave us His Holy spirit to live within us to teach us all truth.
God almighty rules over all. Those who made an inward decision for God to rule them, the outward expression shows up as “purity of heart and grace on his lips” according to Proverbs 22:11.
If you’ve asked Jesus into your life, then the kingdom of God is within you.
If you haven’t asked Jesus into your life yet, today is the day of Salvation. Do it now. Let God rule in your life.
He expects nothing fancy or formal. A simple “Lord I’m yours” will do. Or “Jesus, come into my life now.”
Thank you, Father, for your word of truth, for Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice and for the Holy spirit living in us. In Jesus’ name Amen.
