Psalm 15:1 “Lord who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill?”
Proverbs 15:24 “The way of life winds upward for the wise. That he may turn away from hell below.”
Proverbs 15:32 “He who disdains instructions despise his own soul. But he who heeds rebuke gets understanding.”
Luke 10:22 “All things have been delivered to Me by My Father and no one knows who the Son is except the Father and who the Father is except the Son and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.”
The only way to dwell in God’s holy hill or tabernacle is through Jesus. He decides who to reveal the Father.
The entire Bible is about Jesus, the Son of God. By reading it we learn the great depths God was willing to go to so He might reverse the sin damage.
Jesus is the visible image of the invisible God. If we have the Son, we have the Father. If we don’t have the Son, we don’t know God, the Father.
The Bible reveals God’s love and compassion towards us in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Will you heed the rebuke and gain understanding?
Or will you disdain instructions and despise your own soul?
Oh that you may come to Him. For He loved the world enough to send His Son, Jesus, that through Him, we might be saved!
Dear god, thank you for your word of truth, for choosing us to love and reveal yourself to. Thank you, Jesus for opening our eyes. In Your name Jesus, Amen.
